Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting URTeC Registration on or before 2 Nov via email at support@urtec.org.

Cancellations received on or before 2 Nov will receive a refund LESS a $50 processing fee.

Refunds will not be issued after 2 Nov or for “no shows.”

You may substitute one participant for another.
