- This registration portal serves individual and spouse/companion attendees to the New York Produce Show.
- To begin, please identify the registration gateway (below) that best matches with your industry organization type (i.e. Produce Seller or Buyer Organization). The red text (below) will guide you in your selection. Click the selection button and "Continue" to advance.
- Administrators of Group Registrations: Please click here to access the Group Registration Portal.
- Exhibitors: Your exhibitor coordinator has been sent an e-mail with a custom link and log-in credentials to register your booth personnel. Should you need that e-mail to be re-sent, please contact: (212) 426-2218 (ext. 106).

All fees are in USD($). Our refund policy is here. CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation and refund policy applies for all PAID registrations.
Before October 1, 2018: Cancellations Permitted - 100% Refund Provided.
On or After October 1, 2018: No Cancellations Permitted, No Exceptions -- however, registrations can be exchanged with other people within the same company -- Please see our SUBSTITUTION POLICY below.
Cancellations must be done in writing by emailing the following address:
cancel@nyproduceshow.com. We will credit your account if the cancellation is on or before October 1, 2018, and all cancellations will be confirmed via email.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY If you wish to transfer your registration over to someone else within your company, you must contact us via email
(transfer@NYProduceshow.com) and provide the following information:
- Your confirmation number (from your confirmation email)
- The name of the person from your company who is taking your place
- New person's title
- New person's email
- If that person is located at a different office, please also provide that information
