CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation and refund policy applies for all PAID registrations.
Before October 15, 2019: Cancellations Permitted - 100% Refund Provided.

On or After October 15, 2019: No Cancellations Permitted, No Exceptions -- however, registrations can be exchanged with other people within the same company -- Please see our SUBSTITUTION POLICY below.

Cancellations must be done in writing by emailing the following address: cancel@nyproduceshow.com. We will credit your account if the cancellation is on or before October 15, 2019, and all cancellations will be confirmed via email.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

If you wish to transfer your registration over to someone else within your company, you must contact us via email (transfer@NYProduceshow.com) and provide the following information:

  • Your confirmation number (from your confirmation email)
  • The name of the person from your company who is taking your place
  • New person's title
  • New person's email
  • If that person is located at a different office, please also provide that information
