**Emeritus Members must be current members of one of the above associations with a minimum 30 years of membership and be 65 years old to qualify.
***Young Professionals are those who are under the age of 36 with less than 10 years of work experience.
****Join and Save - Join AAPG as a Member or Student Member by selecting the applicable Join and Save registration type; this allows you to complete the application for membership, pay your dues and save on full conference registration with the member rate.
Non-Geo Guests may attend the conference as a guest of a full conference registrant. The guest may not be a member of any of the listed associations or professional industry. Guests will be added during the registration process for Full Conference registrant. Rates for guests of Member or Nonmember Full Conference registrants US$195 + VAT; Emeritus Guests are US $145 + VAT.
Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regular exhibition hours if they are properly registered, wearing their badge and accompanied by an adult. During exhibition hours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities with the exhibit hall unless they are young enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack or front pack.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made by contacting ICE Registration on or before 16 October via email at icesupport@aapg.org.
- Cancellations received on or before 16 October will receive a refund LESS a US $75 processing fee.
- Refunds will not be issued after 16 October or for “no shows.”
- You may substitute one participant for another.

By registering for the International Conference & Exhibition (ICE), I release and agree to indemnify ICE Management as well as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and agents, officers, and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Conference and Exhibition except that each of ICE Management, AAPG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct. I have read and understand this waiver and release.
