Registration includes: Access only to the short course(s) and/or field trip(s) for which you registered. If you do not register for the conference in addition to the short course(s) and/or field trip(s) you will not receive access to any activities or events during the conference. Registration DOES NOT include travel, accommodations or any other additional activities related to ICE 2024.

**Emeritus Members must be current members of AAPG with a minimum 30 years of membership and be 65 years old to qualify.

***Young Professionals are those who are under the age of 35 with less than 10 years of work experience.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting ICE Registration on or before 12 September 2024 via email icesupport@aapg.org.
Cancellations received on or before 9 September will receive a refund LESS a US $75 processing fee.
Refunds will not be issued after 9 September or for "no shows".
You may substitute one participant for another.
If you need assistance, please contact customer service at icesupport@aapg.org.
Cancellations for Field Trips and/or Short Courses received on or before 12 September will receive a refund LESS a US $75 processing fee. No refunds for field trips and short courses will not be issued after 12 September or for “no shows”.
Field trip(s) and/or short courses may be cancelled by AAPG due to low enrollment. Cancellation determination will be made on 12 September, you will be notified via email if field trip(s) and/or short course(s) are cancelled and refunded fee paid for the cancelled item(s). Verify field trip(s) and/or short course(s) will take place before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

By registering for the International Conference & Exhibition (ICE), I release and agree to indemnify ICE Management as well as the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and agents, officers, and employees of each, from all liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Conference and Exhibition except that each of ICE Management, AAPG is not released from such liability to the extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct. I have read and understand this waiver and release.
