Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting Customer Service by email at energysummit@aapg.org or by phone at +1.918.584.2555 on or before 18 October.

Cancellations received on or before 18 October 2024 will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee.

No refunds will be processed after 18 October.

Registrations may be transferred from one individual to another.

For transfers, please contact energysummit@aapg.org.

Refunds will not be issued for "no shows".
