Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made by contacting CCUS Registration Center by email at ccuslatam@aapg.org or by phone at +1 918 584 2555 by April 22, 2025. Cancellations received prior to 22 April will be fully refunded. Cancellations received between 22 April and 15 May will be fully refunded less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued for “no shows” or for cancelations made after 15 May. Registered attendees who are unable to attend the event may substitute another participant to attend in their place.
