**Current Emeritus Members only, qualifications for Emeritus include: Active Member in good standing, 65 years of age or turning 65 during 2026; Cumulative membership for a total of 30 years, including military. Contact your society’s membership team with any questions.
***Young Professionals are those who are under the age of 35 with less than 10 years of work experience.

****Individuals who choose student rate may be asked to verify their affiliation to anacademic institution.

Registration fee does not include travel, accommodation or any other additional activities includingticketed events and pre-or post-conference field trips or short courses.

Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the exhibit hall during setup or teardown.Children 13 and older will be allowed to attend the exhibition during regular exhibition hours ifthey are properly registered, wearing their badge and accompanied by an adult. During exhibitionhours, children under the age of 13 will not be allowed into any activities within the exhibit hallunless they are young enough to be confined to a stroller, backpack or front pack.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made by contacting ICE Registration on or before 16 November 2026 via email icesupport@aapg.org.
• Cancellations received on or before 16 November will receive a refund LESS a USD $75 processing fee.
• Refunds will not be issued after 16 November or for "no shows".
  
• Participants may substitute one individual for another.
• For assistance with refunds or substitutions, please contact customer service at icesupport@aapg.org.
• Field trip(s) and/or short course(s) may be cancelled by AAPG due to low enrollment. Cancellation determination will be made on 20 October; you will be notified via email if field trip(s) and/or short course(s) are cancelled and refunded fee paid for the cancelled item(s). Verify field trip(s) and/or short course(s) will take place before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets.

Photography

Attendee understands that general photographs of the event will be taken by the Organizers andothers authorized by the Organizers for promotional purposes. Attendee authorizes without charge orcost, and has the authority to do so, the reproduction and use in any manner by the Organizers andothers authorized by the Organizers of any trademarks, logos, or similar marks or designs owned,controlled, or used by Attendee insofar as the same are included in such general promotionalphotographs.

By registering for the International Conference & Exhibition (ICE), I release andagree to indemnify ICE Management as well as the American Association of PetroleumGeologists (AAPG) and agents, officers, and employees of each, from all liability for anyloss, damage or injury sustained by me while involved in any way with the Conference andExhibition except that each of ICE Management, AAPG is not released from such liability tothe extent the same is caused by its actual negligence or willful misconduct.
