CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation and refund policy applies for all PAID registrations.
On or Before 1 May 2019: Cancellations Permitted - 100% Refund Provided.
After 1 May 2019: No Cancellations Permitted, No Exceptions -- however, registrations can be exchanged with other people within the same company -- Please see our SUBSTITUTION POLICY below.
Cancellations must be done in writing by emailing the following address:
globalgrapesummit@phoenixmedianet.com. We will credit your account if the cancellation is on or before 1 May 2019, and all cancellations will be confirmed via email.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY If you wish to transfer your registration over to someone else within your company, you must contact us via email
(globalgrapesummit@phoenixmedianet.com) and provide the following information:
- Your confirmation number (from your confirmation email)
- The name of the person from your company who is taking your place
- New person's title
- New person's email
- If that person is located at a different office, please also provide that information
- For registering a large group, please contact us for more information by e-mailing globalgrapesummit@phoenixmedianet.com

BUYING ORGANISATIONS: Apply for Complimentary Registration to The Global Grape Summit (June 5, 2019). - BUYING ORGANISATIONS—such as retailers, foodservice operators/distributors, and wholesalers on terminal markets are invited to apply to attend GGS-'19 on a complimentary basis.
Applications for entry as a buying organisation will be formally reviewed to validate authenticity and to confirm eligibility for complimentary admission.

PROFESSORS/TUTORS &/or STUDENTS: Apply for Complimentary Registration to The Global Grape Summit (June 5, 2019). - PROFESSORS/TUTORS &/or STUDENTS — must be currently enrolled as student or employed as a Professor/Tutor with a college, university, or culinary program working with The Global Grape Summit or The London Produce Show and Conference.
