Age Restrictions
The New York Produce Show is a business-to-business trade event. For safety reasons, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the tradeshow floor during booth set-up or during the exposition. A registration badge is required to enter networking sessions, educational programs, and the exposition.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation and refund policy applies for all PAID registrations.
Before or on October 15, 2026: Cancellations Permitted — 100% Refund Provided.
After October 15, 2026: No Cancellations Permitted, No Exceptions. However, registrations can be exchanged with other people within the same company — see Substitution Policy below.
Cancellations must be done in writing by emailinghelp@nyproduceshow.com.We will refund or credit your account if the cancellation is on or before October 15, 2026; all cancellations will be confirmed via email.
Substitution Policy
To transfer your registration to someone else within your company, emailhelp@nyproduceshow.comwith the following:
- Your confirmation number (from your confirmation email)
- The name of the person from your company who is taking your place
- That person's title and email
- If located at a different office, please include that as well
Badge Replacement Policy
There will be a charge of $100 (US) to replace a badge that is lost, stolen, or forgotten.
“Suitcasing” Policy
Individuals representing non-exhibiting or sponsoring companies are prohibited from soliciting sales or sales leads on the exposition floor.
Email Policy
The New York Produce Show operates according to a strict opt-out basis for attendee lists and communications. Registrant(s) agree to receive event related communications such as registration confirmations, program announcements, schedule updates, etc. To opt out of communications from New York Produce Show affiliates, please email: help@nyproduceshow.com.
Use of Recordings
The New York Produce Show (NYPS) may take photos, video, and audio recordings throughout the conference. These recordings are the property of the NYPS and may be distributed on the NYPS or related websites, newsletters, promotional materials, social media outlets, or other communication channels.
Code of Conduct
The New York Produce Show (NYPS) is committed to providing a safe and welcoming experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, religion, political affiliation, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, and any other distinguishing characteristic. We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any NYPS event, either in person or via electronic media. Anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from the event, at NYPS’ sole discretion, without refund.
