Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Registration@ChesapeakeTriCon.org and received by the Registrar no later than August 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Refunds will be issued minus a 20% administrative fee for cancellations received before August 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM. No refunds will be issued for requests received after August 5, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
