NJLM online registration process allows for self-registration and/or registration of others. A registration can be processed by credit card or purchase order.
Purchase orders must be uploaded during the registration process. For your records upon completion of a registration order, an invoice with the claimant’s certification declaration with signature will be emailed to the primary contact on your order.
By registering for the NJLM Conference, you acknowledge that photographs and video will be taken throughout the course of the event, and that these images and video may be used on the NJLM website, social media, magazine, and other printed and digital materials, without obtaining further approval from you or making any payment to you.
If NJLM cancels the conference or an NJLM ticketed event, registration fees and/or applicable ticketed event fees will be refunded in full, less any non-refundable fees for credit card payments. Modification of events will not be cause for refunds.
There are no refunds or cancellations after an online registration is submitted for processing. See badge substitution/transfer policy below.
If a registrant is unable to attend, they may transfer their badge to a person who is not
registered. A spouse/partner badge can only be transferred if the substitute is registering
a spouse/partner. Otherwise, the spouse/partner badge will be cancelled.
Tickets are issued to the individual who completes the order, and the responsibility for the final recipient of the ticket lies with that person. For the Mayors' Lunch Briefing tickets, attendance is limited to the mayor and two guests of the mayor’s choice. Mayor ticket orders that do not comply with these rules may be cancelled or adjusted without notice.
