Why does the league need this information?
Some of the accrediting bodies require a license number to appear on the attendance sheets for their licenses. If you do not hold a license number, this is not an issue. Simply type "none" in the "None of the Above" field at the end of the list.You will still be able to print a certificate.
Certificates may be printed through May 1, 2026.
- Complete the evaluation form for the first session you attended by clicking “Take Survey”.
- Once you have completed the evaluation form hit “Save Answers”.
- Once you have taken the evaluation you can print the
certificate that pertains to
your
license
by hitting
“View.” The certificate will appear in a new browser
tab. Once viewing the certificate, type CRTL P on your
keyboard to print. Please note that certificates print
best in landscape orientation.
- After printing, close the browser tab to return to the CEU portal "View Credits" page.
- Follow steps 1-4 for all sessions you have attended.
- If the certificate does not appear in a new browser tab, please check that your browser is not blocking pop-ups.
- If a certificate is printing on more than one page, under your print settings, adjust the scale to 75%.
Troubleshooting:
General Certificate
This is a main certificate of Attendance for the session. It includes all of the CEU’s available for the session. This certificate is acceptable for all attendees except NJ Attorneys and Certified Tax Assessors.
NJCLE Certificate
This is certificate required for New Jersey Attorneys. Attorneys should retain this certificate for their records.
CTA Certificate
This certificate is for Certified Tax Assessors (CTA). CTA’s should retain this certificate for their records.

When will the NJLM CEU Tracking System be available for me to print my certificates?
The NJLM CEU Tracking System will be available on December 1, 2025.
How long do I have to claim my CEU’s?
You have Until May 1, 2026 to claim your conference CEU’s. After this date, the link will be taken off of the website.
Do I have to fill out the Evaluation form for every session I wish to receive credit for?
Yes, evaluation forms are mandatory for every session and the certificate will not print out unless you fill out the form.
What if a certificate is showing for the wrong session on my "View Credits" chart? Or is missing for a session that I attended?

What are the CTA Certificate and NJ CLE Certificate, and why are they only present on certain sessions?
The CTA Certificate is a required form for Tax Assessors. If you are not receiving Tax Assessor credits, you do not need to worry about this form. Similarly, a NJ CLE Certificate (CLE) is for NJ Attorneys.
I signed into a session to get Pennsylvania Legal Credits (PACLE) and they do not appear on the certificate I printed out. How can I get these?
PACLE courses require the attendee to pay a separate fee to obtain credits. Please print out either the general attendance certificate or the NJCLE certificate (if the option is there) for the course you attended and then attach it with a check to the PACLE credit form found on the League Conference page. Please mail all materials to the League office. Once received, the League will issue you a receipt by mail for your credits. The League will post your Credits on the PACLE site under your bar number.
What if I forgot to sign/in or sign out for a specific session? Am I still able to print a certificate?
Yes, a certificate will print as long as the attendee has scanned in once, however, attendees are required to sign-in/ sign-out for every session. Sign-in/out times are recorded on the individual certificates, so if a time is missing, the certifying agency may decide to deny credit to the attendee.
Why is the tracking system asking for my license number or bar id? What if I do not have one?
Some of the accrediting bodies require a license number to appear on the attendance sheets for their licensees. This feature adds that number to the attendance sheets. If you do not have a license number or bar id, simply type "none" in the last box and click “save”. Once this is done the page should allow you to fill out an evaluation form and print or email your certificates.
