The exhibitor portal is for confirmed exhibitors with an assigned booth number and includes all the information you will need for a successful exhibit experience.

  • Review and update your booth profile/description
  • Register exhibit staff (available in August)
  • Download the Exhibitor Service Manual to order furnishings, carpet, electricity, etc. (available in August)
  • Order lead retrieval (to scan attendee badges) (available in August)
  • Print invoice/make online payments
  • Important exhibitor information (rules, regulations, checklists, deadlines, etc.)
  • Sponsorships/Marketing Opportunities

First time Users:

You will have to activate your account:

  1. Click on the “Exhibitor Portal Login” button above
  2. On this page, click “Login”
  3. Click “Forgot Password/First Time Login”
  4. Enter your email (must be for the Primary Contact)
  5. Click “Submit”

The Primary Contact will receive an email with a link to set a unique password and login.

Returning Users:

  1. Click on the “Exhibitor Portal Login” button above
  2. On this page, click “Login”
  3. Enter your email and password
  4. Click “Login”
